Returns and Refunds
Our produce is perishable and each vacuum package has a best before date on the label. It needs to be refrigerated or placed in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
For direct delivery orders to your nominated address, we use a third party cold freight courier service. The delivery information provided at the point of order is the address to which the product is delivered. Should the delivery address provided not be the correct address no refund is possible.
Under certain circumstances the delivery box will include wool insulation and a frozen gel pack, this should ensure your order stays fresh and cold if left in a cool, shaded position unopened for some hours. However, we advise that we cannot take responsibility for the box and contents after delivery.
If you feel your delivery is significantly different, damaged, or defective from your order please contact us within 3 days of delivery, no claims will be accepted after this time. We will require photographs of the product and label as evidence of the problem. If the product is agreed to have been faulty before delivery we will provide a credit towards your next order, a refund, or replacement of the product if possible.
Cancellations
Cancellation can only be made prior to orders closing. Once the order period has closed, processing and distribution of orders commence immediately and no refund is possible.
Should you wish to cancel prior to orders closing a refund will be made to the original method of payment used, ie Pay Pal or credit card less a processing fee of $10.00.
Subscription / Ongoing Supply Management
Our system will automatically place your order and withdraw your scheduled payment (monthly or bi-monthly), so you have a steady supply.
You can create an account with us so you can monitor your subscription whenever you like. If you would like to cancel your subscription - simply contact us and we can cancel it for you.
